General Return Policy

All product returns require RMA approval and a copy of the sales invoice.

AviNation reserves the right to deny returns consistent with guidelines below.

Non-returnable items:

• Valued under $50

• Installed, used, or damaged parts

• Hazardous materials

• Special-order or brokered parts

• Drop-ship or limited-shelf-life items

Restocking Fee: $250 or 10% (whichever greater).

Additional inspection fees may apply.

Return Conditions

• Original, unopened packaging

• All documentation (traceability, FAA 8130) included

• Shipped prepaid and insured by customer

Warranty Returns

Include:

• RMA form

• Return Traceability Form (RTF)

• Manufacturer warranty documentation

  Warranty claims subject to manufacturer approval.

Core Returns

• Must include RTF

• Vendor forms if applicable

• Follow exchange agreement to avoid extra charges

Shipping Instructions

Ship prepaid, properly packaged.

AviNation not responsible for transit loss/damage.
